The fastest way to reach us is email: hello@zemraapp.com. We're a small team in Athens and Serres, usually replying within a working day, always within seven.

Account & sign in

  • Can't sign in? Zemra uses Google sign-in only. Make sure you're using the same Google account you originally signed up with. If you're still stuck, email us.
  • Change your name, photos, or preferences: open the app → Profile tab → Edit profile.
  • Delete your account: see how to delete your Zemra account, with both in-app and email options.

Privacy & safety

Reporting & blocking

  • Report a profile: open the profile → tap the three-dot menu → Report. Pick a reason, add notes if you want. Reports go straight to our moderation queue.
  • Block someone: same three-dot menu → Block. They disappear from your discovery and you disappear from theirs. Existing chat is archived.
  • Urgent safety concern (threats, illegal content): email hello@zemraapp.com with the subject “Urgent safety report”. We prioritize these.

Subscriptions & billing

  • Zemra subscriptions are billed through your phone's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Zemra never charges your card directly.
  • Manage or cancel a subscription:
  • Refunds are issued by Apple or Google, not by Zemra. Reach out to the relevant store for refund requests.

App not working?

  • Force-close the app and re-open. Fixes most transient issues.
  • Update Zemra to the latest version in the App Store / Play Store.
  • Restart your phone. Old advice, still works.
  • If something specific is broken, email us with the device model + a screenshot if you can. It speeds things up a lot.
